Geraldine, Thanks for checking in, and for the compliment!
Interestingly, this is a felt board, and felt pieces that we use in my room at the daycare, for telling stories and fingerplays.
I made the felt pieces several years ago, so they're a bit worn. I just thought they looked cute, and sort of matched the poem. :)
BTY Over at Teri's, it looks like I made a typing error. Sometimes when I type in the letters for verification, I forget to click down, and I find I've typed them at the end of my name. I just didn't catch it this morning. LOL
Herbert and Arthur told me they send The Chedster their love, and Headbonks too.
Happy Halloween to you Too!
Teri, I'm glad you liked this poem! I found it last night and just thought it was so nice! I also enjoy Carl Sandburg's poetry.
Thank you re: the picture, it is actually a felt board, and felt pieces for telling stories, from the daycare. I just thought it was a good match for the poem. :) Brenda

Ched sends headbonks to the kitties.
PS: what does Brendasuntea mean? I noted that over at Teri's. Just curious, if it's none of my business, that's ok too. :<)
I love Carl Sandburg and this is such a fun poem and great artwork.
happy Halloween Brenda!
